DIRECTOR OF STUDENT EXPERIENCE AND ENHANCEMENT

Reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor as a member of the Senior Executive Group, this is a newly created role designed to bring joined up leadership and direction to several professional services functions as a high profile champion for student experience and innovation. You will be taking on a leading role supporting the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education in developing opportunities for improvement and enrichment and delivering on our strategic goals.
To succeed you will already have a distinguished record of achievement and effective leadership across a range of professional and administrative services, in particular in relation to successful pedagogical innovation and student engagement. You will have a thorough understanding of the HE sector and experience of initiating and developing external networks for the delivery of institutional strategy.
Extensive experience of senior leadership, the delivery of transformational change and excellent services combined with a history of success in innovation and student/stakeholder engagement are all important, but the ability to provide thought leadership in order to champion this area will be key to your success.
